Return Policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached.

Earrings, intimates, shoes, swimwear, and sale items are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For in store purchases, returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date and items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the items are no longer able to be exchanged as we are a small shop with inventory constantly changing.

For online orders, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please first email jo@threadspun.co and include your order number, what items you are wanting to return or exchange and why. 

We are a very small business and are not able to absorb additional shipping costs. All online returns and exchanges are made at the expense of the customer and must be received within 15 days of corresponding with Jo. Please include your order number in your package. Refunds will be issued upon receiving your package. Refunds usually take about 3 - 5 business days to show in your account depending on your banking institution.
